Refund Policy & Guarantee
DTC Health offers a 90 day money back guarantee. If you do not see a positive improvement in your joint health and mobility (it can take from six weeks to three months to get the full benefit of Flexicose) return your order to us within 90 days of purchase for a refund. Simply return all the bottles (empty or full) within 90 days of purchase for a complete refund. We only issue refunds for bottles that are returned. Refunds will be issued the same business day the bottles are received.

Shipping Policy
U.S. orders are always free. We ship our products via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our orders ship out every business day so your
order will always arrive as quickly as possible. Generally, your order will ship within 24 business hours of placing your order. For example, if you place your order on a Friday at noon, your order will ship by Monday at noon. Likewise, if you place your order on a Tuesday, your order will ship on Wednesday. Due to increased transportation
costs and customs laws, international orders are $10.00 for the first bottle
and $2.00 each additional bottle. Please note that we do not ship to the
following countries due to customs regulations and the fact that we have
international distributors that serve various countries. If you live in Australia,
UK, Great Britian, North Korea, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, or the United Emirates, please check our International
Order Information for details.
